Floor plans, Finishes, Fixtures & Furniture Selections are developed in greater detail.
Selections are presented to client for final review, revision and approval.
PURCHASING & PROCUREMENT PHASE
Once final selections are made, order with vendors are placed.
Job site visits to determine installation is consistent with the approved designs
Supervise installation and final placement of items and furnishings
